ButtonGadget2 for WinXP and Vista
New version works in Vista! Click on the ICON to download ButtonGadget2 for WinXP and Vista.
Important for Vista Users!
On some of the more advanced graphics Vista machines, the capture feature results in a black rectangle. It's easy to test: Launch ButtonGagdget2 and go to #3 Shape tab. Click the Capture button and drag a small rectangle on the screen somewhere. If the rectangle is BLACK, then you'll need to adjust the properties of the ButtonGadget2 application. Here's how you do it:
Right click ButtonGadget2 and select Properties. Then go to the second tab on the properties palette which says Compatibility.
Next check the box which says Disable desktop composition and Apply the changes. You should now be good to go!
